Brizy page builder not loading
I've seen the post before right here:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360074820311-Brizy-Page-builder-not-loading?input_string=Brizy%20page%20builder%20not%20loading
My Brizy page builder suddenly stopped working. I am unable to edit any of the exisiting posts I have on my wordpress site but have no issue making new posts using the builder plug-in. When I try to edit an existing post by pressing "edit with Brizy", the builder window will open up but the builder would never finish loading, and I am unable to access or change anything using the builder as well. I have updated the plug-in, my wordpress site as well as my browsers to the most recent version, but the issue persists. Please help thank you.
I've got the same problem. How can I contact the technical support team?

Hi Julia,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please try the following steps to address the issue.
1. Ensure that they are using the latest versions (Brizy v2.6.21 and Brizy Pro v2.6.13)
2. If you're using a security plugin like Wordfence, try temporarily disabling the firewall or switching it to Learning Mode. This often helps fix saving issues. Here's a guide you can follow:
https://help.elegantthemes.com/en/articles/2395855-how-to-fix-saving-issues-while-wordfence-plugin-is-enabled3. Disable all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check for any conflicts. If the issue is resolved, you can re-enable your plugins one by one to identify which one might be causing the problem.
4. Make sure your server meets the following PHP settings:
PHP max input variables: 8000
PHP memory limit: 512M or higher
PHP post max size: 64M
Upload max filesize: 64MIf you have access to cPanel, go to "Select PHP Version," then open the "Options" tab to adjust these values. Here's a helpful reference: https://www.simplified.guide/cpanel/php-memory-limit
You can also reach out to your hosting provider so they can set this up for you.5. If all the above failed, ask your hosting provider to temporarily disable ModSecurity, as it may be blocking some of Brizy’s functions. If you have access to do this from cPanel, you can follow this guide:
https://www.hostitsmart.com/manage/knowledgebase/287/How-to-Disable-ModSecurity-in-cPanel.htmlIf nothing helps, please share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
