Issue with PRO Agency Version – Incorrect Upgrade Prompt
The subscription error has occurred yet again — this is the sixth time I’m raising this issue. You previously assured me that separating the WordPress user accounts would resolve the problem. I followed your instructions and made the changes exactly as advised, yet the same error has reappeared.
I explicitly warned that this approach might not work, but you dismissed my concerns and told me not to worry. Now that the issue has resurfaced, I expect a clear explanation of how you plan to take responsibility for this failure. This situation is no longer acceptable, and I demand a prompt and serious response.

Hello 한국건강기술,
We have a bug with the licensing system. We are working on releasing a new update to fix this bug. In the meantime, we will fix this bug manually after every renewal.
We have manually fixed the issue for now.

We are running a mission-critical system through webhooks, and whenever the license deactivates, the entire functionality is disrupted.
Can you take responsibility for managing the license renewal manually in line with our schedule? We've been paying for this service, yet we’ve suffered functionality losses every single month for the past 6 months — often for a full week at a time.
This is unacceptable.
Tell us exactly what compensation you will offer for the damages we've incurred. We demand a clear explanation and resolution — immediately.

Hello 한국건강기술 주식회사,
We will manually reinstate your PRO licenses following each renewal, without you needing to contact us. This activity has been scheduled for the 27th of every month.
This would guarantee that there will be no further loss of the webhook connection and, thus, no interruptions to your service.
