I no longer have access to the Pro popup features

Hello,
I purchased a lifetime license via AppSumo and wanted to create some popups for my website. However, everything appears to be marked as "Pro," and somehow I no longer seem to have access to these features.
Could you please check this for me?

  All projects in your account are PRO projects. If you are still facing this issue please let us know the name of your project.
