Issue with "Start with Template" Function

Hi Brizy,

Could you please look into an issue we're experiencing with the "Start with Template" option? The template appears to be created, but when clicked, it gets stuck on a loading screen and doesn’t proceed further.

A few students who have encountered this issue are:

• Anthony Rutherford

I also attempted to upload the template on their behalf, but the same problem occurred.

  Hello Taylor,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The "Start with a template" and Project Duplicate features are buggy at the moment. We are currently working on fix these bugs. We appreciate your patience as we work on fixing these bugs.
