Duplicate the project - Its not working

Dear Support team

We are trying to duplicate the project, but its more than 4 hours, but the site is not duplication.

Could you please address them.

  Hello Akshaya,

  We are experiencing a bug with the "Duplicate" feature at the moment and are working on fixing it. Kindly give us some time to fix this bug.

  Hello,

  I'm having the same issue. It's happening when I try to duplicate a project and also when I create a new site. It's been over 6 hours now and I still haven't been able to duplicate or create a new website. Please let me know if you have any updates.

  Hello,

  I've just tried now again (cleared cache and everything), but it's still not working. If I try to open the project, I get a 'Project deployment in process' error message. Can you please help with that? I see that I'm not the only one having a problem with that.

  Hello Flavia,

  Kindly click on the "Duplicate" option in any of your project thumbnails. It will work in your dashboard.

  Hello,

  Thank you, it worked now. The ones I had tried to duplicate disappeared and the one I created now worked. The image on the dashboard still displays a grey-out symbol showing that it's not ready yet, but when I click on it to edit, it works.
