  Hello David,

  The A Record and the CNAME Record you have added to the domain have not taken effect. Can you confirm if you have added the above records in your https://www.crazydomains.com.au account following the procedure at https://www.crazydomains.com.au/help/article/manage-dns-records-in-account-manager?  

  Instead of choosing "DNS Hosting," you must choose the MANAGE option next to "Domain Registration." Select the MANAGE button next to the "Domain Registration" option, then add your A Record and CNAME record again if you added them after choosing "DNS Hosting" option.
