    Hi Robin,

    Thank you for contacting us.

My apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately, this is still an ongoing issue.

In the meantime, we have a workaround for new sites. If you can give us temporary access to thelabcreation.site2demonstration.fr, I’ll create a quick screencast to show you how it’s done.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Yvon,

My apologies for the inconvenience. We're still investigating the issue you're experiencing.

To activate the license manually, we would need to download a database backup, activate the license, and then re-upload the database.  You could try setting up a local development environment instead. A tool like Local by Flywheel can help you create a local WordPress instance. You could then import your database into this local environment, activate the license, back up the database locally, and finally, import it back to your live site.

I've created a short screencast showing the process that you might find helpful: https://youtu.be/NyFh80lIVsY

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thanks, I understand the situation is not easy since you choosed your new security process / solution.

I understand your answer (I know well all the local way to preprod a website, thanks for your screencas) but it's really not something I want to begin to go, I'm on far too much projects to 'double' the time (maintanability risky) for each project. IDK yet what to do for now to bypass your security issue.

I mean, most of my clients are on my host O2Switch so PLS I ve got 2 questions :
    - Could you give me what is blacklisted on your side ? Domains, IP Ranges etc... ?
    - Do you continue to search for a solution for my thelabcreation.site2demonstration.fr case ?

    Thanks,
    Robin

    Hi Robin,

Thank you for your understanding.  We're still actively working on resolving this issue.  The workaround we previously suggested is indeed a temporary solution until we can implement a permanent fix.

This is an ongoing priority, and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as I receive an update from our senior support team.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
