Quote Request
Hi there,
I have created a WordPress WooCommerce site ,and the idea is instead of completing the purchase via the site the add the item to a list and then submit the items to the admin who will then prepare a quote and send it via the submitted email or submitted whatsapp number(done outside the site)
My question is whether there is a plugin like yith that is compatible with brizy that will allow me to add the(add to quote) button to the archive/ single product pages.
alternatively if I can use shortcodes or CSS to achieve this via brizy.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

Hello Baru,
You could try the Quotes for WooCommerce plugin. Check out my test shop, where I've integrated this plugin, at https://brizy.online/shop/. After selecting a product, kindly observe the workflow. Any products checked out by users will appear in your WooCommerce order list.

Ill try it out and let you know when it works.0 -
Hi KC,
I tried it, and for some reason, the button doesn't show up in the preview once I hit update.
I disabled all plugins except essential ones since I had seen on another request that they might interfere, but it still doesn't show.
Can I add you as a user and you can take a look and advice?
ThanksBM

Hello Baru,
Product details page did not display product details because you have not added price to any of your products. After I added price to one of your products, the "Request Quote" button in now visible at https://ahskenya.com/product/l-g-harris-342-50m-aluminum-oxide-roll-grade-80/ Please check.

Thanks George,
Is there a way to bypass the prices and still show the button.0 -
Hello Baru,
In WooCommerce, the "Add to Cart" button will often not appear if a product's price is not set or is set to zero. This is because the presence of a price typically signals that a product is ready to be purchased.
You can modify this behavior only with custom coding. Have a look at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76119834/display-add-to-cart-if-woocommerce-product-price-is-zero-else-display-add-to-car

Thanks George
I finally resolved it. I preffered not to change the theme code so i went for the option where i changed the price for all products to 0.00 by setting the price at 0.0001.
I downloaded the CSV for the products and asked Chat GPT to make that change for anyone with the issue. Thats how i resolved it.
