BUG: Need help stylise container (red container handle is hidden in desktop mode)

Hello, I need help styling the container. It's driving me crazy to click the red box surrounding a container. On the Desktop, somehow, the handles are hidden and can only be seen when you change to a tablet view. 

I'm genuinely thinking this is a bug. I tried zooming in and out in desktop view, but it's hidden no matter what I do. 

Need advice asa,p please.

  Hello Aizat,

  If you have a container (row or a column) within another, its edges will be visible only if you add some padding to the outer container. I have added some padding to the blue container to make the red container visible.
