Perhaps, you can whitelist my ip address (63.***.**.73) as all my domains are placed there.

    Hi Rodney,

Thanks for the update. We’ve already whitelisted your IP address.

Are all of these websites hosted under a single cPanel account? If so, could you please share access so we can take a closer look? You can send the credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io. Kindly include this reference number in the subject line: 26839514268434

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Rodney,

To check your cPanel, we’ll need the username and password for the login URL.

If you're unsure where to find this information, please reach out to Namecheap support for assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Just an update. I purchased a dedicated ip to test out the license. I'm not sure if the new ip is still being spread out but the license isnt working still.

    My new IP address: 162.0.232.91

This is a dedicated ip so I'd like to ask if you can request that this be whitelisted. This is a paid dedicated ip.

Apologies but this is getting really frustrating. I've been working on this problem the entire day and it's getting really tiring. I'm actually tired.

Plus, additional expense on my part since I'll be paying an extra $4 per month for a dedicated IP.

I know you are all helping me out as much as you can. It's just the entire back and forth is tiring.

I wish we can have this fixed without me paying extra to my hosting :(.

    Hi Rodney,

    Thank you for the update.

I checked, and it looks like even the new IP addresses are flagged. You can confirm this by entering your IP address into this online tool and clicking the Check button: https://sendbridge.com/domain-blacklist-check

In any case, I’ve raised this issue to our senior support team, as we’ve seen a few other users experiencing the same problem. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we have more information.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel.

Forgive me if I may sound blunt.

I understand that these security checks are in place to protect your brand and product from being misused or connected with any suspicious online activities.

However, I believe that most of your users are well-meaning individuals who use Brizy for their business.

Imagine purchasing a license, installing the plugin on their website, only to find out that they cannot use the product because the hosting they got was on a blacklist. Now, I even purchased a Dedicated IP address and it's STILL part of a blacklist.

This was not the case before, as I recall it. Implementing Brizy was easy. Now, it has become increasingly difficult and more expensive.

I am not aware if other providers are doing the same thing. However, you'll need to give your customers a better way to make Brizy work for their websites. I'm looking to use Brizy for my website design business. However, if this two-day delay is part of our process, we have a significant concern.

We do not have control over which servers our hosting provider assigns to us. I have reached out to them numerous times and have been told that they don't have a problem (although I'm not sure if they will admit to it). However, Brizy customers should not be penalized for things beyond our control.

    It's not our fault.

    Hi Rodney,

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback, I completely understand where you’re coming from.

I agree with your points, and I’ve already raised this issue to our senior support team. We’re currently awaiting their feedback, and I’ll make sure to keep you updated as soon as I hear back.

I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, especially when you're trying to use Brizy to grow your web design business.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel.

I'm really hoping to use Brizy as my go-to page builder. But if we face things like this, then it's us that will get a rap from our clients.

I'm on team Brizy, and I want us to succeed.

I'd like to drop my $4 USD per month for a dedicated IP. I only got it for Brizy, which I shouldn't be spending extra for it.

    Hi Rodney,

We are working on moving licensing requests out of our firewall and we anticipate having this problem fixed soon. We value your patience as we work to resolve this problem. You can go ahead and drop the dedicated IP to reduce your hosting cost. Please confirm once they switch you back to the previous IP address.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello, Ariel and KC George.

I appreciate the time you took to reach out and respond to my posts.

I just checked now, and the licenses are working.

Until the licensing requests are removed from the firewall, I will use the Dedicated IP address for now. I don't want to rock the boat and spend another two days fixing it. I'm paying monthly, so hopefully, the 'licensing request from the firewall' will be fixed by then.

I'm also considering using the Brizy cloud for my website design company. If I can directly talk to someone, that would be good.
