Spinning Wheel, Edit with Brizy page won't load

Hi there,

I can't edit any of my Brizy Pages.  I have done the following:

Deactivating all plugins
changing themes

PHP mem is 512M

I have emailed the Support Team with the following:

WordPress Admin URL:
Username:
Password:
