BRIZY LICENSE
Hello,
I recently purchased the Freelancer Pro license, but when I enter the key in WordPress I receive a “403 Forbidden” error.
Based on other reports, this may be due to a blacklisted IP. Could you please check the status for my website: https://noesna.com/
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
-
Yes. I am experiencing the same thing. I hope this gets fixed soon, as I plan to use Brizy as my template for the website I'm launching soon.

Hi Robin,
Thank you for reaching out.
The 403 error you're encountering may be caused by our security system detecting a potential blocklist match associated with your site or server. This can occur for several reasons:
1. Your domain or server IP is listed on one or more global blocklists
2. You're using shared hosting with a poor reputation
3. Suspicious or unusual traffic patterns have been detectedOur system uses Sucuri for security, which references external blocklists such as Alienvault to identify threats under the BLACK02 signature:
https://labs.sucuri.net/signatures/waf/black02-blacklisted-ip-address/Upon checking, your server appears to be flagged or restricted, as shown in this tool:
https://multirbl.valli.org/dnsbl-lookup/noesna.com.html
I’ve submitted your site for whitelisting on our end so you can activate Brizy; however, please note that this may not fully resolve the issue. I’ll follow up with you as soon as I receive an update.
In the meantime, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider. They may be able to request removal from the blacklist or consider moving your site to a different server or assigning a dedicated IP address. Being on a blacklist can negatively impact your domain’s reputation, including issues with SEO and email delivery - https://www.sitelock.com/blog/google-blacklist/

Hi Rodney,
Thank you for the update.
After checking, it looks like your IP address is also flagged, as shown using this tool: https://multirbl.valli.org/
To confirm, you can enter your domain name there, click send, and scroll down to line 529 for more details.I’ve already asked for your IP to be whitelisted so you can activate Brizy, and I’m currently waiting for confirmation. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back.
In the meantime, we recommend contacting your hosting provider. They might be able to help by requesting removal of your site from the blacklist or moving your site to a different server or a dedicated IP address. Being on a blacklist can affect your site’s reputation, SEO, and even email delivery. You can read more about that here: https://www.sitelock.com/blog/google-blacklist/

I contacted namecheap and this is what they said.
According to our check, SEM FRESH is unimportant blacklist. According to our check, it's the domain name which was blacklisted, not the mail server's IP -
If you would like to delist your domain, you need to do it from your end. I have found this article for this purpose: https://www.warmupinbox.com/blog/email-blacklisting/sem-fresh-blacklist/
Not sure what to do next. Looks like they passed the buck to me.0 -
plus, is it possible that..before i even register a domain, i can check if it is blacklisted. I dont want to waste my money.

Hi Rodney,
Thank you for the update.
In this case, it’s actually the hosting provider’s responsibility to clean up their server and request removal from any blocklists. If the domain or IP has been blacklisted, whether by SEM FRESH or any other service, it typically means the server or domain was involved in suspicious activity at some point or even unintentionally.
While some blocklists allow domain owners to request removal, the underlying issue usually stems from the server environment, which is managed by the host. That’s why we recommend that the hosting provider handle the cleanup and delisting to prevent the issue from recurring.
You may want to reply to them and ask them to review the server’s reputation more closely and assist with the delisting process.

what if i switched to another provider like hostinger. is there a provider that you recommend that i wont get flagged.

Hi Rodney,
Unfortunately, as long as you're on a shared hosting environment, there's no guarantee that issues like this can be completely avoided. Since multiple websites share the same server and IP address, one affected site can impact the others, even if your site is clean.
Switching to another provider like Hostinger might help if their server has a better reputation, but the same shared hosting limitations still apply.
If possible, you can consider VPS hosting. It offers more isolation and control, often with a dedicated IP address, which significantly reduces the risk of getting flagged due to other users’ activity.
You can check both hosting providers if they offer it.

I'm speaking with Namecheap. So basically they cannot do much about anything.
I just have to wait for the block to be removed.
Would you know how long that would take?
Cause i may need to have the domain refunded :(

Hello Ariel.
Not really sure who Robin is but...let me give you an update.
So far, the licenses are working already.
But I'm also hoping that the licensing via firewall will be fixed soon so I can withdraw my Dedicated IP subscription.
Also, I was considering of using the Brizy cloud for my website design business. Wondering if that will be an option.

Hi Rodney,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
Both of you are part of this post, which is why you're also receiving notifications.
Regarding the error when activating the license key, we're still looking into the issue and will keep you posted as soon as we have more information.About Brizy Cloud, it can definitely be a good option for your website design business. However, do keep in mind that if you're using features provided by WordPress plugins, those won’t carry over to Brizy Cloud. You'll want to weigh whether your websites are better suited to Brizy WP or Brizy Cloud based on the features you need.
You can find more details about the differences here: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026950732
