  The issue you’re seeing is most likely related to the server your website is hosted on. That’s why we ask for the IP address and domain name, so we can check if your server has been flagged or blacklisted.

  Sometimes, hosting servers (especially if you are on shared hosting environment) can get blacklisted if they’ve been used to send spam, have unusual traffic, or host suspicious content. When this happens, all websites on that server, including yours, can be affected. This can lead to problems with activating services, sending emails, SEO, or even getting flagged by security systems like ours.

  As mentioned in other posts, we use Sucuri for security, which relies on external blocklists like Alienvault to detect threats. One such detection rule is the BLACK02 signature: https://labs.sucuri.net/signatures/waf/black02-blacklisted-ip-address/

  Once we have your domain and IP, we can white list it so you can activate your Brizy Pro license.

  I was able to activate the license.

  This domain was not blocked in spam servers, I check.

  I often began to contact you with this problem. Is it possible not to block the activation of the license? There were no such problems before.
