SSL problem

My domain provider provides the SSL Certificate, but I can’t access the page. 
It has been several days since the domain is directed to Brizy.

  Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for the trouble.

  Brizy Cloud currently doesn’t support internationalized domain names (IDNs), like www.ramón.de, which is why the page isn’t loading.

  As a workaround, you can register a standard TLD or ccTLD domain, point it to Brizy Cloud, and then redirect your IDN domain to it.
