Brizy builder will not load for new pages/posts in Wordpress

The Brizy builder will not load for new pages/posts in WordPress. It will load for old pages, and I can edit them, but I'd like to make a new blog post and the "Edit in Brizy" button just redirects back to the main listing of pages. I have tried deactivating my plugins one by one and still can not get it to work.

  Hi Anne,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please try resetting your WordPress Permalinks to see if that helps? Here are the steps:

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings > Permalinks.
  2. Make sure the structure is set to Post name.
  3. Then, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page — even if no changes were made.
  4. After that, try editing a new page or post again with Brizy.

  

  This often resolves redirect and loading issues. Please let me know how it goes.
