    Thank you for contacting us.

    To help isolate the issue, could you please try the following steps:

    1. Use incognito/private mode or try accessing the editor through a different browser to see if that makes any difference.
    2. If the issue persists, please try disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if there’s a conflict causing the lag.

    About the saved elements in your library, please also check them while in incognito mode or another browser. If they still don’t appear correctly, try hitting the Disconnect button and then resync your account. This can help refresh the connection to your saved items.
