Help with Google Ads Tag Not Firing on my site
Hi Brizy Support Team,
I need help setting up Google Ads conversion tracking on my Brizy Cloud website. I’ve added the Global Site Tag to the Code Injection Header section in my project settings, and I can confirm the tag appears in the page source when I view the live site.
However, when I use Google Tag Assistant, the tag appears as inactive and does not seem to be firing. I have also placed the event snippet on my Thank You page using an Embed block and also inside the page code, but conversions are still not being recorded in Google Ads.
Could you please confirm:
-
Whether Brizy Cloud supports Google Ads tags placed via Code Injection?
-
Whether tags placed this way fire correctly on live pages, or if there are any known issues with iframes, script blocking, or tag isolation?
-
If there is a recommended method for implementing Google Ads tags and event snippets in Brizy Cloud to ensure proper tracking?
Thank you very much for your support!
Yana

Hello Yana,
I installed Google Tag from a Google Ads account at https://restaurant-1.brizy.site/
The browser extension "Tag Assistant Companion" could find the tag on my website.
- It appears that Brizy Cloud supports Google tags placed via Code Injection
- After a conversion action, it can take up to 24 hours for the data to appear in Google Ads conversion tracking. The "Status" column of the Conversion Action does not show any error. Hence I believe there are no known issue in firing conversion action on live Brizy Cloud pages.
- While we are not experts in setting up Google Ads conversion tracking, for my test, I used the Conversion Action with the details provided at https://jmp.sh/YQfppzhX
