    Hi Derek,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To fix the blurry images, please set the image resolution to Original instead of Custom in the settings. This should ensure the images display clearly when previewing the site.

Let us know if the issue persists, and we’ll be glad to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I am seeing that you are asking me to click what looks like the stack of coins, when I do that the image completely goes away

    Hi Derek,

    Thank you for the update.

The images don’t appear blurry on my end. I’ve recorded a screencast for your reference:https://youtu.be/lwSCE7poJmw
Could you try using another browser to see if the issue persists?

Regarding the carousel image turning into a gray box when set to "Original" or "Custom," this seems to be a glitch. I’ve asked one of my colleagues to look into it, and I’ll update you as soon as I have more information.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Derek,

Apologies for the inconvenience. Upon checking, it seems the issue is related to your theme, it doesn’t occur when switching to another theme. You can see this in the screencast here: https://youtu.be/z8Q8T6rJeO0

I recommend reaching out to your theme’s support team, as there may be settings that need to be adjusted. I’ve temporarily switched your site to the Blocksy theme for comparison. Otherwise, you may want to consider using a different theme.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Derek,

The editor seems to be working fine on my end - https://youtu.be/OWOw3GpgN8U

Could you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
