    Hi Emiliano,

    Thank you for the update.

    To resolve the alignment issues, try making a small adjustment to the affected blocks by adding 1px padding, saving the changes, and previewing the page. If this fixes the issue, you can then revert the changes and save again. This process forces the page to recompile, which can help resolve any glitches.

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps outlined above to share your WP Admin credentials, so we can take a closer look at your site.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Emiliano,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    It looks like the default WordPress login URL is not working. If you have changed the login URL, please provide the correct one so we can access your site.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Emiliano,

    We’re still unable to access your site to investigate the issue further. Other users have confirmed that the latest updates of Brizy and Brizy Pro have resolved the problem.

    In the meantime, you can use the following CSS to temporarily address the issue:

    .brz .brz-wrapper-clone > div {
        flex: 1 1 auto !important;
        max-width: 10%; /* Default for desktop */
    }

    @media (max-width: 768px) { /* Adjust for mobile */
        .brz .brz-wrapper-clone > div {
            max-width: 20%;
        }
    }

    I have tested this CSS in an online CSS editor as shown on this screenshot:

    I also created a short screencast showing how the issue is replicated and how to apply the CSS - https://youtu.be/VGWHndrFykU

    If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Emiliano,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Just to confirm, did you add the custom CSS to the affected container only? This will help us better understand the scope of the changes and investigate the issue.

    Also, since we’re unable to access your site using the default WordPress login URL. To help us take a closer look, please follow these steps to install the Login Without Password plugin and send us the access link:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
    3. Search for Login Without Password by StoreApps.

    4. Install and activate the plugin.
    5. Go to Users > Temporary Login Without Password.
    6. Click Create New and set the following:
       - Role: Administrator
       - Expiration: 3 days
    7. Copy the generated link and send it to us here.

    This will give us ample time to investigate and assist you properly.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Emiliano,

    Thank you for your patience. We're still looking into the issue to see what's causing the problem.

    If we’re unable to resolve it shortly, we may need to escalate this to our senior support team for a deeper investigation. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Emiliano,

    Thank you again for your patience. At this point, we're still unable to determine what's causing the issue. We also tried importing the page for further testing, but the affected blocks weren’t included in the import.

    Would it be alright with you if we duplicate your website and test it locally in our environment? This will allow us to investigate more thoroughly without affecting your live site.

    Please let us know if we have your permission to proceed.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
