Requiring me to upgrade to publish a site

Hi, my account (steve@circulationstudio.com) is on a plan that includes unlimited Brizy Cloud sites. However, when I go to publish a new site, it's saying I first need to upgrade the account (screenshot: https://share.zight.com/d5ukNqZl) - do you know why this is and how to fix it?

  Hello there,

  If you are facing this issue on a single project, kindly duplicate the project and see if it resolves the issue.
