    Hi Cornelius,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I checked the front-end, and it appears the same as the page in the editor. I also tried changing the font weight, but wasn’t able to replicate the issue as described.

Could you provide more details and share a screenshot of the problem? That would help me understand the issue better and look for possible solutions.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hey,

That's strange, as this is what it looks like when I view it on my end (Brave / Safari / Firefox).

As you can see, not ideal.

    Hi Cornelius,

    Thank you for the update.

This might be a caching issue. Could you try these steps?
    - Clear your cache plugins if you’re using any on your site.

    - Clear your browser cache or check the site on another computer.
    - Purge your DNS cache, as outdated cache can sometimes cause display issues.

If you need guidance on clearing different types of cache, you can find instructions in the below URLs:

    Hey,

I have disabled the caching plugin and checked on another computer - no luck.

Interestingly, when I change the font from Open Sans to eg Roboto, the bold comes back.

    Hi Cornelius,

    Thank you for the update.

Changing the font might have refreshed some cached settings, which is why the bold text came back. Sometimes, fonts and their styles are cached separately, and switching to a different font forces the browser to reload them.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hey,

Thanks, but the issue is still not fixed.

I meant the the bold for the font Roboto comes back, but it's still the same issue for Open Sans, my preferred choice.

This only became an issue after the recent (last day or two) updating to the new Brizy version.

I rolled back, but it didn't work.

    Hi Cornelius,

I checked on my end, and the issue doesn’t seem to occur—here’s a screencast showing how it appears for me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ScThKr_UL0

It looks like a hard caching issue, meaning your browser might still be holding onto outdated data. To resolve this, try the following steps:
    - Perform a hard refresh (Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
    - Flush your DNS cache to ensure your system isn’t holding onto old site data.
    - If the issue persists, consider factory resetting your browser to restore default settings.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
