Mutliple users and "editing this page" message
Hi there!
Loving using Brizy (Pro) but have a frustrating issue. We have multiple users that work on different pages, and it shows the usual the usual "[username] is editing" in the pages archive. BUT when we try edit any other page, it tells us that "You can’t make changes. [username] is currently working on this page. Do you want to take over ?" except they are NOT working on that page... Which means we need to check with everyone on the team whenever we want to edit a page....
Is this a known issue? Is there any fix available?

Hi Magdel,
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, this is a known limitation, Brizy doesn’t currently support multi-user collaboration, which can sometimes cause the editor lock to persist. At the moment, there’s no fix for this.
As a workaround, we recommend coordinating edits by having team members close the Brizy editor tab once they’re done, and giving it a minute before someone else tries to access the page. You can also try clearing the browser cache or opening the editor in a private/incognito window if the lock persists unexpectedly.
We understand this isn’t ideal for collaborative workflows, and we appreciate your feedback. It's something we hope to improve in the future.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi Georg,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please make sure that the page you’re editing isn’t open in other tabs or on another device. If the issue continues, kindly try opening the page in an incognito/private window or using a different browser to see if that makes any difference.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
