Clarification Request About Unexpected Monthly Charges

Dear Brizy Team,

Starting in April 2025, we have noticed monthly payments of €6 being charged via Paddle.net. As holders of a Brizy PRO Personal License, we have always been accustomed to an annual payment of €49 every June, so this new monthly charge seems unusual to us.

We have not upgraded our license or made any changes to our subscription that we’re aware of.

Could you please clarify what these €6 charges are for?

  Hello Giuliano,

  Since June 2021, you have been a subscriber of the Brizy PRO Personal annual plan for €49; you do not currently have a monthly subscription. Please look for an email from help@paddle.com in your inbox. It will contain more information on your monthly subscription for €6.  It might be from a different supplier.
