Issue with PRO Agency Version – Incorrect Upgrade Prompt
I am subscribed to the Pro version. I can use up to 10 sites with the Pro version, but I encountered another issue. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
In addition,
As you can see from my inquiries, this problem occurs every month. I also run an agency, and I'm receiving numerous complaints from my clients. Please explain why this issue keeps happening and provide appropriate compensation.

You asked for a new email address, so here it is: cocozaba@gmail.com
However, using the WordPress template sharing feature as a workaround seems unreasonable to me. The issue originates from your side, yet it appears we're only addressing it temporarily instead of implementing a permanent fix. As I mentioned before, I've been experiencing this issue for the past six months, whereas the WordPress integration has only been active for two months. Given this timeline, I don’t believe the current solution is sustainable.
Additionally, I have continued paying for the builder despite the license issue that has resulted in lost usage time. Please inform me how you intend to compensate me for this inconvenience.

From my perspective, it appears that my subscription plan is an older one that no longer exists, and when you introduced the new subscription plans, my license connection was inadvertently disabled. It seems the issue would be resolved by re-associating my existing subscription with the new plans. Please make this adjustment and inform me once it's completed.

Hello 한국건강기술
We have transferred your Freelancer WordPress plan to cocozaba@gmail.com.
Your Brizy Cloud Dashboard has been reverted to Version 1, and hence you are unlikely experience resetting of your Agency Cloud licenses following each month's renewal. Please let us know if everything looks good.
