HTML export stuck even after clearing browser cache

Hi,

When I try to export HTML, the pop-up with “We are preparing your HTML export” gets stuck in the “spinning-wheel-of-death” no matter how long I wait (over 20 minutes).

I read in another post the suggestion of clearing the browser cache and trying again. I did that, and still nothing.

Any suggestions?

  Hello Jorge,

  There was an issue with the Export HTML feature. We have fixed it. Can you try again?
