Affiliate account is not paid out

The screenshot below shows that $475.16 has not been paid. A few years ago, a member of the Brizy support team contacted me to notify me, but I never had a chance to receive it. Could you please check?

  Hello Erin,

  We do not make payouts using PayPal anymore. We do direct bank transfers. I have requested Louise from our accounts department to contact you via email regarding this. Kindly look for an email in your Inbox of cs@iunlimit.com

  Hi, I am still not receiving any email from the account department. 

  Could you please ask them why it takes years to get this fund..?
