Website Speed Really SLOW

Hi, 

 

My website page speed is way to slow on the mobile - I tested the speed and the developer page shows me this. 

I know some of the problems are coming from images which we have tried our best, but i also noticed some technical items can be fixed by brizy. 

 

can you please help, we need to sort it out asap, the website has been built for 6 months and perform really bad. I have cleared up the plugins

  Total page size of your website is 10MB. Out of 10 MB total size, 8.8 MB are coming from 4 PNG files. By optimizing these images, you can improve the performance of your homepage. Kindly use https://tinypng.com/ to reduce the size of these PNG files to below 400 KB, rename the files, upload it again and replace the original images with the compressed ones.

  If you are not using a caching plugin, kindly consider using one. You could consider selecting a cache plugin from the list at https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-caching-plugins/
