response code is 403

I'm not able to activate Brizy Pro license key, The remote server response code is 403.

I contacted the hosting provider, they said everything is fine.

They suggested me to contact the plugin's developer for further support.

  We have whitelisted your website IP 162.0.235.24. Kindly try to activate Brizy Pro license key again and let us know if it works.

  Still the same issue, i deleted and reinstalled WordPress , still same error 403
