Hello Omoya,
Is this the IP address of your website? For example, if you do a DNS lookup of your website domain at https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php do you see an A Record with the IP 154.227.130.230?

Hi Omoya,
Thank you your patience, and I’m sorry for the ongoing delay.
Our developers are still investigating the issue. One of the things we're checking is whether our security system, Sucuri, might be blocking the request, which could be contributing to the problem you're experiencing.
We’ll keep you posted and get back to you as soon as we have more details or a solution.
Thanks again for your understanding.
Best regards,

Hi Hassan,
Thank you for reaching out.
The 403 error you're seeing usually means that your server might be blocked from accessing our license server. This can occasionally happen due to hosting restrictions or firewall settings.
As a temporary workaround, you can activate your Brizy Pro license in a local development environment. Once you're done working on your site, you can migrate it to your live server.
Alternatively, you can set up a fresh WordPress installation locally, activate the license there, and then migrate the entire site, or just export the database to your live environment.
For local development, tools like XAMPP, WAMP, or Local by Flywheel work well. To handle the migration, we recommend using the WPVivid plugin, which allows you to transfer your full site or just the database after activation. This approach is good for newly installed WP sites, it might be complex if it is an existing site, but this works as well.
Please feel free to reach out if you need help with any part of this process, we're glad to assist father.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
