Installing Brizy Pro problem

Hi  I renewed my Brizy account this in April and I have difficulties installing the Brizy Pro as it says that i need to update the free version of Brizy first (Brizy PRO requires Brizy Free 2.6.15 or newer. BRIZY PRO IS NOT RUNNING.9)  . When I go to the pugins page and press update I get an error message.

  This issue often occurs due to a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. To resolve it, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Plugins area, deactivate and delete both the current Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins. Don’t worry — this won’t affect your site content or design.
  2. Log in to your Brizy Account Console at https://www.brizy.io/account/member and download the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.

  
  3. Reinstall both plugins manually by uploading them via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.
