Installing Brizy Pro problem

    Hi Marcus,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    This issue often occurs due to a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. To resolve it, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Plugins area, deactivate and delete both the current Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins. Don’t worry — this won’t affect your site content or design.
    2. Log in to your Brizy Account Console at https://www.brizy.io/account/member and download the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.


    3. Reinstall both plugins manually by uploading them via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.
