    Hi Celeste,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This issue often arises due to a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. To resolve it, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Plugins area, deactivate and delete both Brizy Free. Don't worry, this won't affect your site content or design.
    2. The latest versions are Brizy Free v2.6.17 and Brizy Pro v2.6.11. If you're already using the latest Brizy Pro, you just need to delete Brizy Free and reinstall it.
    3. Log in to your Brizy Account Console at https://www.brizy.io/account/member and download the latest version.

    4. Reinstall Brizy Free manually by uploading it via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.

After completing these steps, everything should work as expected.

Let us know if you encounter any issues—we’re happy to assist further.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you, that worked though it's now prompting to download the older version. Will it automatically upload that older version at some point? I don't think I"m able to disable automatic updates.

    Hi Celeste,

I just received an update from a colleague, it seems the update notice may be related to caching. Could you please try logging in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard using incognito mode or a different browser?

Let me know if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
