"Page Needs a Refresh"

I'm getting the "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser." but it is only happening on one page (which is my main page). I can usually figure this out when it happens, but this one has me stumped. I don't have Wordfence, PHP is up to date, I've turned off all the other plug-ins, turned off Cloudflare, etc. to no avail. I can make updates on any other page like normal. Something else weird that happens is I have to clear the cache in Cloudflare any time I do any plugin update. It knocks out all the CSS styling. Thanks for your help!

  Kindly ask your web hosting provider to adjust the following PHP settings on your server:

  

  Also, please set Cloudflare to Development Mode while we troubleshoot, to prevent cached versions from interfering.
