Refund request
Hi there,
The subscription was renewed for €199 on the 30th of April.
When the payment was taken from my bank I paid €208,86.
This is more as what stood on the invoice & thus makes the invoice not valid for my accounting. This & that the programme does not live up to the expected quality makes me want to stop using it.
In Belgium we have 14 days refund policy no questions asked. I hope this woud be possible here as well.

We have a 30 days money back guarantee for new purchases. It allows new users to try out the software and get their money back if the product did not meet their expectation. However renewal transactions are not eligible for refund as per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions
Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
Unfortunately, your most recent transaction of €199.00 is not eligible for a refund since it was for the renewal of your Agency WP subscription. Your Agency WP subscription has been cancelled to prevent additional charges to your card and it is set to expire on April 30, 2026.
