Audio in MP4 file won't play

I have uploaded a large video file (direct upload to site via FTP) and embedded it in the header of the homepage via a URL link. The video loads and plays fine, but not the audio. Any ideas?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Just to check, did you use the Video element to add the video to your homepage? If yes, please make sure the Muted option isn’t turned on.

  

  I tested it on my end using the Video element, and the audio worked fine:

  Please let me know how you added the video so I can assist you further. Also, kindly share the URL of your site so we can inspect it.

  Hello Michael,

  Adding a video as a background to a block/ section on a website often results in the video playing without sound. Most modern web browsers restrict or block auto-play of videos with sound, when they are added in the front of a page as well.
