Urgent Login Issue for Student Account

Hi Brizy,

I hope you're doing well.

One of our students is experiencing the same login issue as mentioned in the recent ticket we submitted. We’re unable to access his account, and he’s also unable to log in on his end. Could you please help us resolve this?

Here are his details:

Additionally, could you please check if other students in our database are facing a similar issue? Whenever we attempt to log in, we’re redirected to the homepage instead of the student dashboard.

  We have successfully unblocked a******mail.com. About r*****mail.com, we found that it was not locked, and the user can sign in to their account without any issues.

  Additionally, we did not find any other users who are currently locked out. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.
