My account was signed up for BrizyPro and yet I was unable to use templates. Now I have 2 subscription on the same account and still cannot access templates.
I have a billing issue that I'd rather not discuss on a public forum. Please assist.
I have 2 accounts, 1 business account, the 2nd a gmail account. The Gmail account was signed up for a personal cloud account, and yet I could not add a layout template to any of my sites. I unknowingly signed up for a 2nd on the same account and STILL cannot add a layout template.
1) please remove the additional personal cloud account on my gmail account and
2) fix the issue preventing me from using a layout template
Again, I would rather not discuss this in a public forum.

I figured out the template layout piece - can you please remove the 2nd personal license that I signed up for and refund the charge?

We have cancelled the second Personal Cloud plan you bought yesterday and have refunded $19 to your payment method. This transaction should reflect in your card statement within 7-10 business days.
