2x Charge?

Hey team, I noticed a strange charging set up in my account. I have freelancer wp and also personal WordPress. I believe one would overrule the other if I am not mistaken. I think this is due to an earlier mistake in my account. I previously had the same profile with both Brizy Cloud and also WP Licences which worked fine for years until it didn't. The team got me to set up a 2nd account and one was for cloud one for WP keys. I cancelled the cloud (Last payment 28th Feb). But it seems as if there is a mistake in the keys on either account. I only need the freelancer and not the personal. Is there a way to the personal WordPress key transferred to the freelancer and the personal WordPress refunded?

  Hello Mitch,

  On April 18, 2024, you signed up for the Personal WordPress plan, then on April 26, 2024, you signed up for the Freelancer WordPress plan. On April 18, 2025, your Personal WordPress plan and on April 26, 2025, your Freelancer WordPress plan were renewed. Perhaps you intended to replace the Personal WordPress with the Freelancer WordPress; instead you bought the Freelancer plan as an addon.

  It is not possible to convert a Personal WordPress license key to a Freelancer WordPress license key. You can replace the license key generated from the Personal plan with a new one generated from the Freelancer Plan in your WordPress Dashboard (after canceling the Personal WordPress subscription)

  As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions,

  Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.

  The renewal transaction for the Personal WordPress plan is not eligible for a refund. To avoid further renewals, we can cancel the Personal WordPress plan; shall we go ahead and cancel this plan?

  Hello Mitch,

  We have cancelled the Personal WordPress subscription associated with your email thegutsy.....@gmail.com and it will expire on April 19, 2026.

  Your Freelancer subscription associated with your email mitch@........marketingsolutions.com is currently active.
