an error has occurred when trying to display this item

The page builder - Brizy - does not allow you to edit any element. A window appears that says: "an error has occurred when trying to display this item, you can open an issue or delete the item" - we can't have this in brizy PRO, which happens??????

  Hello Andres,

  We apologize for this inconvenience.

  Every Brizy version has a compatible Brizy Pro version. This error usually occurs when the Brizy and Brizy Pro versions are not compatible with each other. Kindly update to these versions and check if the error disappears.

  Hello Andres,

  Kindly delete the Brizy plugin and reinstall it from the WordPress plugin repository and check if you can install Brizy 2.6.17.

   

  If this does not help, sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login, scroll down to the heading "Brizy WordPress Plugin" and select the button "Download Brizy Free" to download Brizy 2.6.17 and install this version.

  muy bien! problema solucionado! Instalamos nuevamente desde el archivo ZIP la versión 2.6.17 y funciono.
