How come when I post my question it no longer shows under "my activities"
I find your support system cumbersome. Takes far too much time. First, I should automatically be logged in when IM in my account. 2. Under my name it says "my activities". I think it would be nice if I was able to go there and modify a recent message or delete it if its still pending. Right now I have no idea how to retrieve my message to give you more information. Please reconsider the customer experience and modify your help tool. Thanks

As you have rightly pointed out, the navigation in the Zendesk Help Desk system we are using is somewhat cumbersome. After selecting "My Activities", kindly select the "Contributions" menu at the top to access your Forum posts.
