Cannot Access Website - China

Hello, 

We have a website that needs to be accessed by clients in China. However, they cannot. They receive an error message regarding a firewall. How can I fix this?

  Hello Jessi,

  We have not imposed restriction on Chinese users' access to Brizy Cloud services.  Internet censorship in China may be the cause of your website's inaccessibility from the country. A Chinese censorship agency might have blocked the Cloud web server IP or the brizy.site subdomain.  Regretfully, we have no control over this situation.

  You could request someone to download a VPN software, such as https://protonvpn.com/, and route the request from a different country if you want them to have access to your website.

  I removed all traces of "Google" from my website source code. Now, the website is "accessible," but no content loads. The error message I receive from the China Firewall test is attached. Please advise. It appears all the errors are from Brizy Cloud.
