    Thank you for reaching out.

    We haven’t received the payment yet for your upcoming renewal. Just to clarify how the process works — Paddle, our payment provider, typically sends a request to your bank 1–2 days before the renewal date. The bank may then block or reserve the amount to be paid. If everything goes smoothly and there are no issues on the bank’s side, Paddle will then receive the payment.

    If a payment has already been made on your behalf, we’ll need to match that transaction to your subscription manually. Could you kindly send us a proof of transaction (such as a receipt or confirmation from the sender or bank)? Once we have that, we can double-check and ensure it’s properly accounted for.

    Rest assured, we want to avoid any duplicate charges and are glad to work with you on this.
