    Kindly check these 

    • Do you have these versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro?
    • Have you activated the Pro plugin and have added a license key?
    • Do you see an error/warning highlighted with a red strip on the left like in the screenshot? 

      If none of the above helps, kindly get back to us and we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to help you with this issue
