    Hello Kelly,

Can you confirm if you have added your PayPal email address here and not an API key?

    Hi Kelly,

Thanks for the update. We’ve set up the button using the same steps on this site: https://catfishb6e34239.brizy.site — please give it a try on your end.

When setting up the button, make sure your PayPal account is open in another tab. Also, test your page using incognito mode or a different browser to ensure everything works correctly.

Let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Kelly,

You are right; the system didn't ask you. We are requesting you (on behalf of the system). Kindly use your PayPal email address in place of the API key and let us know if the issue gets resolved.

Nothing's working. I am losing money every day and losing credibility as well. I want to get on a call with someone to troubleshoot

    Hi Kelly,

You also needed to turn off the "Sandbox" mode as Ariel explained in his video.

I have disabled "Sanbox" mode on three of your website's payment pages. Please check to see if these three pages redirect to your Paypal checkout page when you click the "Paypal" button.
