Contact forms sending multiple notifications.

I've noticed since updating to Brizy 2.6.15 and Pro 2.6.10, duplicate form notifications are going out.

I've tried duplicating the form and re-configuring Wordpress email notifications, same issue.

I've also tried a creating a new form, same issue.

This appears to be a Brizy issue as Wordpress password resets are unaffected.

Happening across multiple sites on different hosts.

Anyone having similar problems?

  Hi Dustin,

  Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

  Please try disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if the issue persists. You can also temporarily switch to a different theme to check if the problem is theme-related. If you’ve added any custom code, try removing it temporarily as well.

  If disabling other plugins resolves the issue, you can re-enable them one by one while testing the page to find the conflict. If switching themes helps, we recommend using a more compatible option like Blocksy or Astra.

  (If you’ve already gone through these troubleshooting steps, feel free to skip them and just let us know.)

  If the issue continues, please send temporary access to your WordPress Admin Dashboard to communitysupport@brizy.io with the subject line: 5288871330577. If you’ve changed the default admin login URL, please include that as well.
