Not Receiving E-mails from forms on Website

Just switched over from cloud and using blue host. 

Ive added SMTP plug in but still not receiving any emails or information from the form fill. 

Any input or suggestions would be great.

  Hello Ryan,

  Are you referring to the WP Mail SMTP plugin when you say you have added an SMTP plugin? In your WordPress Dashboard, under WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Email Test, kindly send out a test email and check if your SMTP server is correctly configured.

  

   

  If the test email was not sent, in your WordPress Dashboard, under WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Debug Events tab, scroll down the list of Events and click on the event name to check the reason for failure to send out the email.
