    Hi Brigitte,

Thanks for reaching out and providing the login details.

It looks like the user account you've shared does not have administrative access. Could you please revise and update the account to have Administrator privileges so we can properly investigate the issue?

    Hi Brigitte,

Thank you for your cooperation. Upon checking, we noticed a 500 error appearing in the console, which is most likely caused by insufficient memory. Kindly reach out to your hosting provider and request them to update the memory settings.

Once done, please let us know so we can check again on our end.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

The above has been updated and the site is working now.  No more error messages so far and I have made quite a few updates to pages.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Brigitte
