Accordion not staying open anymore on click
We are using the Accordion on this page and I just recently updated Brizy versions and it seems that they will no longer stay open. They quickly open and close right away. On my staging copy of the site with an older version of Brizy, the accordion is working fine. Can you please help?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for contacting us.
The issue with the Accordion sounds like it may be related to the recent Brizy update. To look into it further, please send temporary access to your WordPress Admin Dashboard to communitysupport@brizy.io with the subject line: 26133656745874.
In the meantime, try purging your caching plugins and any server-side caches to see if that helps.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi Eric,
Apologies for the trouble. We've temporarily rolled back to the last working versions of Brizy. Could you please reactivate communitysupport@brizy.io on the staging site instead, so we can continue troubleshooting there?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your cooperation. We've updated Brizy and Brizy Pro on the staging site, and everything seems to be working fine here: https://staging3.visionzeronetwork.org/resources/
To investigate further, we’d like to request your permission to temporarily enable Maintenance Mode on the live site.
Best regards,

Ok, you can enable maintenance mode but please try to not leave it in maintenance mode for long as we have visitors that might want to access the site.

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your cooperation. It looks like the issue may be related to server-side caching. Could you please check with your hosting provider to see if they can help flush any server-side cache on your server?
Kind regards,

I just deleted the two Brizy plugins and then reinstalled them and that seems to have fixed the issue.

Actually, the issue is still occurring. I downloaded the version of Brizy Pro from my account page to reinstall it (version 2.6.8), but then I was prompted to update the version of Brizy Pro to version 2.6.10, the issue came back. I tried troubleshooting with our Hosting and they assured me this is not a caching issue as the cache has been cleared. Can you please take another look and see if you can fix the issue?

I have deactivated all my plugins, enabled Maintenance Mode, and tried a default WP theme, and the issue is still persisting on my staging copy of the website.

Hi Eric,
Thank you for your patience.
We've manually resolved the issue on the staging site, as shown in this screencast: https://youtu.be/ZRGu8bxIiGE. However, we are unable to use the same fix in your live site.
Please keep the credentials for your live site active so we can escalate the matter to our senior support team. I’ll follow up as soon as I receive an update.Best regards,

Ok, do you have any update? The issue is also occurring on our FAQ page which also using expandable accordions.
I wonder why the manual fix works on the staging and not on the live site. Can you share what the manual fix was? Then maybe I can share with the Hosting provider to see if they can take a deeper look at the issue?

Hi Eric,
Apologies for the trouble earlier. We've applied the usual fix by adjusting the padding and making a few minor tweaks to the page.
Anyhow, we also rolled out an update today, so everything should be working as expected now.
Thanks again for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Best regards,

Ok, thank you. I got this alert that the current version of Brizy has a security vulnerability. Do you have a timeline for when you will patch it?
