HTML Landing
I need your support because something seems not to be working within my brizy account.
I have a premium account and in my “paid plan” folder I can't publish the landing page.
Let me explain: it is not possible to publish by getting back the HTML file (which I used to be able to get back in a few simple clicks after clicking “Publish”).
This unpleasant situation happens monthly and causes some slowdowns in my work. What can we do to prevent this from happening?
Consider that I have tried logging in from other browsers without being able to download the landing page in html format.

Among the 3 workspaces in your account, two workspaces belong to Mav Solution. This user does not have access to the Export HTML publishing option since this option is not included in his pricing plan.
In your own workspace, "Piano a pagamento", you have access to the "Export HTML" option. Are you saying that sometimes you lose access to this option in the "Piano a pagamento" workspace?
