Agency cloud : why free functionalies ?

Hello,

We have pro Agency Cloud activated
We should be able to host 10 projects/websites with pro functionalities
Why is it a free plan by default when I invite a client in a project ?
Why do I see this message attached "You have -4/10 licences available" when I try to activate to pro a projet tagged free ?

  Hi Hélène,

  Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. The issue has now been resolved. You can now activate PRO features on10 of your projects. Please check on your end and let me know if everything is working as expected or if you have any other concerns?

  Hi Ariel, thank you for your answer.
  I now can see "pro" in some of our projects but I can't "Deactivate PRO" to have some of our licences back.
  I get a 404 error.
