Brizy Cloud - User Added - now the user needs sub?
Hi ... same issues arise with new managers... they are logged out, cannot login back cant access customer pages.. .and password retrieving emails do not arrive. its said they have been sent out ... but after 30 minutes still nothing arrives in inbox or junk or spam folders ... on the other hand, emails when creating a new manager with same email arrive, but then, user cannot login or get started with the get started link and is stuck in the login screen.
Please solve the handling of managers to give partners, and customers access to their pages in a reliable manner!

Hello Stefan,
When you invite a team member who is a free user, they will have continuous and seamless access to your projects as long as they only access your workspace. But if they switch to their "My Personal Projects" workspace to explore Brizy Cloud, these will happen.
- The workspace you invited them to will be replaced with "My Personal Projects" as their default workspace
- They are asked to try out Brizy Cloud PRO for 14 days
- Once the 14 days trial expires, they are required to sign up for a PRO plan. If they do not, they are locked out
When this occurs, ask them to find the original email invitation that you sent them with the subject, "You've been invited to collaborate!" and click the "Get Started" link again. The workspace you invited them to will then become their default workplace again and they will have ongoing and smooth access to your workspace without having to purchase a PRO plan. If they access their own workspace again, they will be locked out; hence the must refrain from accessing "My Personal Projects" workspace.
